Free delivery
For an order value of CHF 80, delivery is free of charge.
Delivery for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, delivery will take place on the second working day after the order is placed. We recommend placing your order as early as possible (ideally 4–5 working days before your desired delivery date). Please bear in mind that delivery times may be longer in the run-up to public holidays.
Delivery in summer temperatures
Delays may occur for orders placed on hot summer days. We reserve the right to delay shipments of our hand-made and home-made pralines to ensure they are not damaged by high summer temperatures and thus meet our high quality standards. You will, of course, be informed of any changes to delivery dates. However, delivery delays caused by force majeure do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Twint, PostFinance or on account.
Credit card, PayPal, Twint and PostFinance
When paying by credit card, PayPal or PostFinance, the customer’s account is debited immediately.
Purchase on account
The invoice is payable within 10 days. Aeschbach Chocolatier AG reserves the right to carry out credit checks on the customer and may pass on customer data to third parties for this purpose. In the event of late payment, interest at a rate of 5% per annum plus reminder fees of CHF 25.00 will be charged. In the event of late payment, Aeschbach Chocolatier AG is also entitled to assign the claim to a third party or to instruct a third party to collect the debt, at the customer’s expense.
