, On Tuesday 19 May, our annual spring clean will take place in our kitchen in Root. On the day, we’ll be serving our delicious tarte flambée and pinsa from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm. From 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm, we’ll be treating you to our specialities from the display case.
