We’ll introduce you to the secrets of chocolate and how it’s made. During this exclusive tour, you’re warmly invited to sample our house specialities and explore your questions and senses. To round off this event in style, you’ll receive a sweet surprise and the chance to explore our interactive exhibition ‘ ChocoWorld’ – the only one of its kind in Switzerland.

Protective clothing must be worn during the factory tour. We will provide this for you.
The guided tour of our chocolate factory takes place exclusively outside our opening hours.
Our opening hours: Mon–Fri from 6.30 am to 5.00 pm
The tour includes

Participation
For everyone’s safety, the minimum age for participation is 12 years.

Guided tours are available on weekdays from 5.00 pm. At weekends, by arrangement.
Duration
The guided tour of our chocolate factory lasts around 60 minutes. We recommend allowing an additional 30 minutes for your visit to the ‘ ChocoWorld’.

- 590 CHF flat rate for 1–10 people
- 59 CHF per person for 11–20 people
- 49 CHF per person for 21 or more people
